- The Renter agrees to use the vehicle solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable traffic laws and regulations.
- The vehicle shall be returned on or before the agreed return date and time, in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.
- Late returns are subject to additional charges as stated in this agreement. The security deposit may be applied toward any outstanding charges.
- The Renter is responsible for all fuel, tolls, parking fees, and traffic violations incurred during the rental period.

The renter draws their signature on the signature pad. Your saved owner signature is added automatically. - 04

Email the agreement to the customer, or download the PDF. Its status shows as Unsigned, Signed or Sent.

Every agreement is numbered and tied to its rental.
Agreement numbers
Each agreement gets its own number, built from your business, the customer and the rental’s position in your sequence, so contracts read in the order they were written.
Owner signature
Draw your signature once, or upload an image of it, and it is placed on every agreement you generate.
Email delivery
Send the agreement straight to the customer’s email address on file. The rental shows when and to whom it was sent.
A note on legal wording
CarFleex supplies the structure and the signing workflow. The default clauses are a general starting point, not legal advice, and whether a drawn signature is enforceable depends on the law where you operate. Have a lawyer in your country review your terms before relying on them.

Yes. Edit the Terms & Conditions and Liability clauses in Contract Terms. They apply to agreements you generate from then on; contracts already issued are not changed.
